FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. I know that your tours run in English. Are other languages spoken on board the tour bus?
The tours run in English with the possibility of another language being spoken as well, depending on what the needs are for the people on the bus. In July & August, the tours run in English only. There are no more than two languages spoken on the bus on any tour. We can provide for other languages being spoken based on a request of 10 people or more. We can provide for the following languages - German, Italian, Japanese, French, Portuguese and Hebrew and can try to make other languages available depending on the availability of a professional tour guide that speaks the language requested.
2. Why do your tours only run certain months of the year?
The most popular tours run March to December based on the popularity of the tour and the weather. The other tours run specific months of the year based on their popularity at that time of the year and again because of weather conditions. We don't want to take you to the Grand Canyon when it is very cold, there is a lot of snow and not much to see. We will run any tour though any time of the year based on request.
3. What is included in the tours?
The price of our tours includes the Hotels (on the overnight tours), the transportation, the sites that are mentioned in the itinerary, professional tour guide and all taxes.
4. How often does the tour bus stop?
The tour bus will stop every two hours for either a break or at a sightseeing destination.
5. Is smoking permitted on the tour bus?
No. By law, smoking is not permitted on any public transportation.
6. Are the tour buses air-conditioned and are there washrooms on the bus?
Yes and yes. All of the vehicles we use are air-conditioned and there are washrooms onboard. The buses stop every two hours at a rest stop or a place where there will be washrooms.
7. Why don't we include meals on our tours?
We don't include meals on our tours because everyone has a different idea of what a "meal" is. Some people don't eat 3 meals a day, some people want very small meals and someone else wants something else. We decided that we would let you decide how much you want to spend and what you want to eat |
